With more than 200 years of combined experience, our meteorologists
tailor computerized flight plans that save time, fuel and money.
By continuously monitoring weather conditions along your route,
we help you avoid areas of severe weather, thunderstorms, significant
icing and turbulence, while maximizing use of upper level winds
that result in more accurate fuel loads and flight time projections.
We also provide NOTAMS, FAA and EuroControl flow advisories. Our
access to all FAA preferred routings ensures that ATC accepts
your route and keeps last minute changes to a minimum.
Air Routings HF communications and link to the latest satellite
communications give us immediate access to you while en route.
Air Security International is also watching your flight. Air Routing
clients automatically receive Air Securitys FliteWatch program.
Security analysts monitor world affairs 24 hours a day, giving
us the unique ability to pass on information that could be critical
to the crew and passengers safety.

Air Routing meteorologists provide an array of verbal and written
weather briefs. No retainers or membership fees are required to
use these weather services. While youre on a trip, our forecasters
will send your weather outlooks the night before departure at
your hotel. Should typhoons or conditions warrant warning bulletins,
we also send this information to your hotel.
This is a sample flight brief that is generated by our meteorologists
and flight operations staff at Air Routing. This is sent before
your trip and can contain the following information.

These charts are for demonstration purposes only.

ARO slots are arrival and departure reservation numbers for applicable
airports. This will be added to the "remarks" section of the
flight plan when required. The following US and Canadian airports require
reservations: DCA, JFK, LGA, ORD, YYZ and occasionally other airports
when conditions dictate.

As part of Air Routings flight following program, we will provide
a brief update of weather forecasts and observations for destination
airports. We can deliver this en route by any means available, such
as AFIS or ARINC. Air Routing does not charge for this update except
for the fees associated with communications.

On request, tabular en route winds at various flight levels can be
included in the flight brief at no additional charge.

Air Routing coordinates with the meteorologists at Wilkens Weather
Technologies, Inc. to forecast tropical storm tracks worldwide. The
latest bulletin and tracking chart is routinely included in any briefing
when the storms may affect the flight. There is no additional charge
for this service, unless communication fees are involved.
