This survey is an informal joint effort between Air Routing International and the U.S. Customs Service (USCS) to elicit from the business aviation community voluntary USCS exams were conducted upon your arrival in or departure from the USA. This exercise, though informal, is intended to ultimately help USCS to better serve the business community.  Information provided on this form will be given directly to the USCS.

To help this program achieve its goals, please give specific examples. It will not be helpful to simply state below that a Customs inspector was "rude" or "polite." Instead, please describe all relevant facts and circumstances.
