Q: How do I become a client?
Air Routing has no retainer so becoming a client is as easy as filling out our application form. After you have been approved our database department will need basic information such as a billing address, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for your operations and crew. Air Routing's Flight Planning team will need specifics about your aircraft, an aircraft datasheet will need to be filled out prior to your first flight. Also, many countries require Air Routing to send over proof of insurance. It is advisable that all aircraft documents be sent over as soon as possible so they are ready in the event of a "pop-up" trip. Last, but not least you will want to be set up with a password to Flight Manager and Air Routing's Fuel website.
Q: What documents do new clients need to supply?
Immigration and customs around the world still require insurance to be onboard the aircraft.
- Aircraft Registration
- Aircraft Airworthiness
- General Insurance Certificates
- Air Operations Certificate (Part 135)
Q: How to call in a trip?
There are 4 ways to submit a new trip to Air Routing's Operations. Trips can be submitted through Flight Manager, our online trip support product.
- The "Submit Trip" button can be found under the Flight Schedules menu after logging into www.FlightManager.com
- Trips can be faxed in. Simply fax over your trip sheet with a phone number for operations to call you back.
- Schedules can be submitted through CTA-FOS. Call web support for help with getting CTA-FOS set up with a password.
- Nothing beats picking up the phone and calling operations.
Q: How do I get a password for Air Routing Products?
You can either send an e-mail to WebSupport@AirRouting.com or call 713-430-7200 and ask for web support. Web Support will need your name, e-mail address, and position within the company to (i.e.: pilot, support, crew). All passwords must be approved by someone within your company (i.e.: chief pilot, director, or designated point of contact). When going from the Home page to the content pages or even going from page to page, the layout seems to shift and not stay static
